Training
While Microsoft Dynamics NAV is one of the easiest systems to learn and use, BMS provides specific instruction on how to get the most out of the system. Our Microsoft Certified Trainers have hundreds of hours of experience training our clients and other business partners on efficient and effective use of their new business management tool. With each training class, students receive a training manual specific to that class to support the training process and use as a reference when training is complete. BMS offers a training theater in its’ Marietta, Georgia office where numerous employees can simultaneously benefit. If your vendor does not provide training, BMS will be happy to work with that vendor and provide the service for you.

Modifications & Enhancements
Microsoft Dynamics NAV is designed so the product can be changed to meet your individual needs. With access to customization tools and Microsoft certified programmers on staff to modify and adapt the product to our customers' requirements, BMS solutions work for you, not the other way around. If you define the business rule, we will create the functionality to automate that rule. If your vendor does not provide modifications and enhancements we will be happy to work with them and provide the service for you.
Technical Support
Once your Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution is installed and your training is complete, we know there will be questions that come up. Our consultants are on call to address these issues, whether it is how to configure a new printer, how to utilize a new feature, or how to work through an unusual situation. Most of our customers take advantage of our remote service eliminating travel time and costs by installing technologies such as G/On and either Microsoft Terminal Server or Citrix Metaframe. If your current vendor does not provide technical support, BMS will be happy to work with them and provide the service for you.
